Healing Social Anxiety

Do you feel as though you are keeping your true self hidden? Is there is more within you, that you feel unable to express in front of others? When you feel anxious in social situations you likely keep yourself small in an attempt to avoid attention or possible judgment. Yet, if you withdraw from social interaction may start to perceive yourself as boring or uninteresting, feel self-hating, and lose sight of all the richness you have to offer.

If this sounds like you, please join me and host of the Quiet Connections podcast, Stacey, as we discuss how using expressive art practices such as collage, drawing, painting, and free-form writing can help to re-direct you back towards self-acceptance so that you can show up, as your authentic self more easily around others. You can listen to our conversation HERE.
