In therapy consults, people sometimes ask, "What is depth therapy?" This short film shares how we suffer when we are not true to our essential nature.

The film explains how we typically spend the first half of our lives adapting to family and society, and then the second half of our lives is spent recovering our inborn selves. A key question that depth therapy invites is, "Am I acceptable as I am, or do I have to change myself to be loved by you?"
