If you are uncertain about whether online therapy is for you, I offer a free 15-minute phone or video call to discuss where you are in your life and how you would like to explore a therapeutic relationship with me.

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments represent a loss of opportunity for someone else to receive services. Therefore, it is with great appreciation that you let me know 24 hours in advance if unable to make your appointment. Change or Cancellation prior to 24 hours will result in no charge. Short notice change of appointment within 24 hours will result in a regular session charge. If you miss your session completely, I will assume you are delayed and will wait for you throughout your booked session and the full fee will be charged.
